As most of promotional or ingame art materials for "Evil Defenders"/"Little Bit Evil" this one was done by overpainting premade scene with low-poly characters and assets.

This one should be easy to guess - it's a reference to the "Lord of the Rings", Gandalf and Balrog scene.
